TERMS & CONDITIONS / RETURNS OR REPLACE AND CANCELLATION

Payments & Return:

MactelPro believes in helping its customers as far as possible. We accept return as per the following policy:

Replacement Guarantee, Products Received in Damaged condition/Manufacturing Defect or Wrong item

MacTelPro  offers you Replacement on the product(s) ordered on MacTelPro  . This means that within 2 days from the date of delivery you can ask for replacement of the product(s) subject to following terms and conditions:

1. You can ask for replacement of product(s) in case of any manufacturing defect viz. if the product is mis-colored, then the same product(s) will be shipped to you as a replacement for the defective product(s).

2. Replacement can be for the entire product(s) or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same with MactelPro  and  notification of the same within 8 days from the date of delivery.

3. Replacement is offered for the product(s) sold by MactelPro  .

4. Customer need to raise an alert with us within 2 working days from the date of delivery for being eligible for the return.

5. Only those products will be eligible for return policies which are received by us within 10 working days of the date of delivery.

6. MacTelPro retains the rights to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification macTelpro will either reship/replace the product to the customer.

7. In case product is defective or damaged then the MacTelpro team will replace and reship the product to the same shipping address of the customer subject to the availability of the stock of the product.

8. In case the returned product is not defective/damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reship to the shipping address of the order.

9. Customer will have to bear the shipment charges for the replaced/reshipped product.

10. If the product stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered email.

Disclaimer: MacTelPro is a service provider. macTelPro, through its logistics partners collect the goods ordered by customers and have them delivered to the customers. MacTelPro disclaims any liability if the vendor fails to make the requested goods available for delivery.

Disclaimer on Replacement:

1. Any decision on 2 Day Replacement Guarantee on the Product(s) sold by MactelPro  is at the sole discretion of MactelPro  and decision MactelPro  shall be final and binding.

2. MactelPro  reserves the right to withdraw from 2 Day Replacement Guarantee at any time without giving any intimation of whatsoever nature.

3. The terms of warranty and replacement are governed by manufacturer and MactelPro cannot act outside the preview of decision provided by manufacturer.

4. Strictly No Exchange is possible on Customized  Items,

5. Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, MactelPro  is unable to extend its Returns Policy for any items sourced outside of India.

6.  MactelPro  shall make all endeavors to ensure accuracy of order of the product, however; there may occur variations in color of the actual product as compared to that shown on the website, this is mostly due to nature of LEDs at time of manufacturing  and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of your own monitor screens.

7. A customer while placing the order should consider this minor variation in color as seen on the website as against the actual color of the product received.

8. 9. As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send thru suggested postal service in our return authorization mail only and forward the details to us and keep the airway bill or postal receipt till it gets delivered to us. 

 

Points to Note in Regard Replacement:

1. You can contact us via our website Contact us or by calling us, before initiating the return. MactelPro will instruct the customer on the process of returning the product.

2. Before accepting shipment, kindly ensure that the MactelPro or its partner's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the customer observes the package is damaged or tampered, he or she should refuse to accept delivery and mail MactelPro customer care and we request to keep your order id handy while calling as our customer care executive may ask for it.

3. In cases, where the order delivered is in damaged condition or the contents are missing, customer must inform MactelPro within 24 hrs of delivery of the order and if the customer is unable to do so, then there shall be no liability of MactelPro to replace the order.

4. Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product(s) has been shipped to customer.

5. MactelPro will refund the cost of the returned item. Please note that MactelPro will provide a refund facility only for product(s) ordered from the MactelPro website.

6. The customer needs to return any product(s) bought from MactelProwithin a period of 10 days from the receipt of the shipment.

7. MactelPro does not accept any returns after 10 days of receiving the shipment.

 

Other Points to note with regard to Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been shipped or communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

2. No cancellations are entertained for those products that are obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Dussherra etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

3. MactelPro does not accept cancellation requests for items that are under Imported Category.

 

Other Points to Be noted with regards to Color and Beading:

1.    Red, Maroon, Pink and Orange Colors have a tendency such red, maroon and orange colors have a tendency to reflect a different shade. There might be slight color differences when seen on the website from your screen and   actual product.

2.    White and Off-White and cream colors might look alike on screen, than what you see in actual.

3.    Sea Green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.

4.   If you have ordered and stopped the delivery and forgot to get it delivered from us we take a responsibility of the product for a period of 6-10months only later and beyon that we shall not be responsible of the same. 

5.    Products, which are embellished with sequins, beads may have a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent care.

6.   Incase of products shown in picture might be different but originally it might be of regular product but not as much as in picture and we will not be responsible for the same, as it designed by manufacture we shall provide accordingly. And we do not take any kind of return or refund for the same.

MacTelPro Refund Policies:

  • Only those products which are returned from the customers as per the acceptable return policy and for which the replacement is not possible will be eligible for refunds.
  • In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, MacTelPro may, at its discretion, either contact the customer for instructions or cancel the order and notify customer of such cancellation. In such cases MacTelPro will refund the charged amount to the customer (only for which the payment is already received).

For Online Refunds

  • In case the payment mode of the refunded order is Online (Credit Card/Net Banking) the amount will be refunded to the customer Card Account.
  • Refund will be done within 7 working days from the date of request of refund.
  • For online refund the transaction might take 3-5 working days to reflect into your account.
  • In case the multiple payments done by transaction error, payment mode of the refunded is Online (Credit Card/Net Banking) the amount will be refunded to the customer Card Account.
  • Refund will be done within 7 working days from the date of request of refund for the multiple payment for the same transaction after verification.
  • For online wrong additional payment if refund, the transaction might take 3-5 working days to reflect into your account once initiated.

For Offline Refunds

  • In case the payment mode of the refunded order is offline (COD/Cheque/DD/any other offline payment mode) the mode of refund will be through Cheque.
  • Refund will be done within 7 working days from the date of request of refund.
  • Refund cheques will be sent to the billing address of the refunded order.
